What are the team plan prices?
Teams is a paid plan. Small Team is $89/month or $890/year for 1-5 users. Mid Team is $199/month or $1,990/year for 6-15 users. Large Team is $299/month or $2,990/year for 16-50 users.
What are seasonal seats?
Seasonal seats let a team add temporary members without changing the base plan. Pricing is shown at checkout. Add or remove seats with prorated billing.
What do client card payments cost?
Pro and Teams can accept client payments online via Stripe Connect. US card payment rates depend on your plan: Pro 40¢ + 3.20%, Small Team 36¢ + 3.10%, Mid Team 34¢ + 3.05%, Large Team 32¢ + 2.98%. Klarna, ACH, and Link bank pay use separate rates. Choose whether your business or your client pays card fees in Team settings. See our client payments page, Terms, and plan cards.
How does team billing work?
Team plans include a seat band at a fixed monthly or yearly price. The team admin manages billing and can add seasonal seats. You pay for the base team tier plus any seasonal seats you add during the month.
What if I need more than 50 users?
Organizations with 51 or more users can ask for Enterprise pricing. Contact support@groundzy.com.

What's included in the free Groundzy Home plan?
Home includes up to 5 trees, 10 photo IDs a month, 20 AI Wizard chats a month, the species catalog, a permanent tree ID (GZ-TIN), and basic support. Your map stays if you pass 5 trees. Adding more trees needs Groundzy Plus: 50 trees, 50 photo IDs, and 50 AI messages a month.
What does the Pro trial include?
The Pro signup trial lasts 14 days and does not ask for a card. During the trial you get 50 photo IDs and 50 AI messages a month, plus workflow for quotes, jobs, and invoices. A card is only needed if you keep a paid plan.
How does the GZ-TIN system work?
Every tree gets a permanent ID (format GZ-ABC12-12345) so records, history, and reports stay tied to that tree. It is included on every plan.
Is my data secure?
Tree data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our cloud provider, Google Cloud and Firebase. We do not sell your data. You keep ownership of your tree records.
Does Groundzy work offline?
Groundzy needs a connection. Photos, notes, and the map are saved while you are online.
Can I import a spreadsheet or export my inventory?
Pro and Teams can export CSV and PDF. Bringing an existing spreadsheet into Groundzy is handled with support. There is no self-serve import button.
Can I connect QuickBooks or take invoice payments?
There is no QuickBooks integration. Pro and Teams can accept invoice payments online with Stripe Connect. Card rates are listed under Billing details.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Yearly prices are about 10 times the monthly rate (two months free). The Pro signup trial is 14 days with no card. Teams plans are paid. Choose monthly or yearly when you keep a paid plan.
